Camellia sasanqua 'Setsugekka' is a vigorous, upright evergreen autumn-blooming shrub featuring large, semi-double, ruffled pure white flowers with prominent golden-yellow stamens. Its name translates from Japanese as "snow, moon, and flowers". It grows 2m to 3m tall, thrives in acidic, well-drained soil, and handles more sun than spring-blooming camellias.
