Libertia formosa is a clump-forming perennial with narrow, flax-like dark-green leaves and tall spikes of white iris-like flowers in spring. It is hardy and grows in sun or dappled light, in well-drained soil that does not get too dry. Very effective planted en masse or amongst shrubs and perennials.
